Yes. And no.
That first part is something I can definitely relate on; it’s just EASIER to not say anything and… “the hardest thing to say is what I ain’t saying.”
The last part: not so much. No one call tell when you’re hurting if you’re not saying anything… it’s almost invalid. Although… it questions MY motives..which are indeed #valid.
